Peanut butter production line process: Raw materials--Remove stone and debris - Roasting-- Cooling--Choosing--Coarse grinding--Mixing--Fine grinding--Cooling--Degassing--Filling. 

Main equipment of sunflower seed butter production line: Roaster oven, cooling belt, the picking belt, coarse grinding machine, superfine grinding, condensing unit, tank, filling machine. 

Roaster Oven: This machine is used to roast peanuts. 

Cooling belt: Use principle of fan pumping heat, cool the sunflower seed after roasting. 

Picking belt: Pick out unqualified sunflower seed and food residue. 

Coarse grinding machine: First grind the sunflower seed. 

Superfine grinding machine: Further grind the sunflower seed after the rough grinding, further improved processing fineness. 

Cooling condensing machine: Cool the sunflower seed butter after grinding. 

Degassing tank: Used for degassing for sunflower seed butter before filling.
