For the processing of genuine cocoa beans, our business has created a wholecocoa powder production line. The whole production process include raw materials that cocoa nibs, cocoa liquor, cocoa butter, and cocoa powder.
In accordance with client requirements, we may modify the appropriate processing lines. Our cocoa powder production line has a maximum capacity of 2000kg/h, but we can also supply capacity of 300-500kg/h. You have the option of continuous or sporadic production, fully automatic or semi-automatic equipment.
Our fully automatic cocoa powder processing line includes cocoa roaster, cocoa peeler, cocoa grinder, hydraulic press and cocoa powder grinder. Additionally, the primary ingredient used to make chocolate is cocoa powder.
Cocoa Powder Production Process
The cocoa powder production line mostly entails removing stones, separating metals, roasting, peeling, cocoa mass grinding, removing oil, cocoa powder grinding. The processing machines used include stone removal machine, cocoa roaster, cacao peeler, cocoa mass grinder, oil press and cocoa powder grinder. As shown below:
Main Machinery in the Cocoa Powder Production Line ① Stone removal machine
Stones removing is the first step in the cocoa powder production line, it can separate the cocoa beans and other heavy impurities.
Advantages:
1. The hinge joint in the machine is made of special rubber, the use of rubber can prolong the service life of the machine, and it has elasticity while absorbing vibration.
2. The machine runs quietly, smoothly and reliably, with minimal vibration.
3. The operation principle is to send the suction air into the slate through the fan pipe; no dust will be generated.
② Cocoa roaster machine
The equipment combines roasting and cooling cocoa beans.
Advantages:
1. The scope of application is wider, and the quality of roasted products is better.
2. The hot air circulation system adopts multiple circulating fans, and the fan impeller is a multi-blade impeller. The total power of the fan is large and the noise is low.
3. Roasting at a constant temperature to ensure the taste.
This machine is a specialized tool for peeling cocoa beans and peanuts.

1. The whole machine has a compact design, small footprint and large processing capacity.
2. Three-roller configuration, high crushing rate, can not grading crushed materials;
3. The use of high hardness, acid and alkali resistant materials improves the durability of the idler.
④ Cocoa nibs grinding machine
Knives in the machine are used to grind cocoa nibs. The particles gradually become smaller after grinding. Changing the screen will change the particle size.
Advantages:
1. The machine can grind solids in suspension in a relatively short period of time.
2. High production efficiency, the efficiency is almost twice that of ball grinder and roller grinder.
3. The distance between the two grinding bodies can be adjusted to manage the particle size of the final product.
⑤ Hydraulic cocoa butter press
Cold pressing and sauce oil pressing are both acceptable for hydraulic cocoa butter press. It uses specialized materials for high pressure machinery that are long-lasting and able to operate continuously for 24 hours.
Advantages:
1. All high-pressure components are made of special steel with high pressure resistance and long service life.
2. To achieve automatic batch pressing, the equipment pressure is automatically controlled, and the pressure can be changed according to needs.
3. The machine has built-in heating function, which can adjust the temperature of various pressing materials.
⑥ Cocoa powder grinding machine
The primary machine, auxiliary machine, and electric control are the three basic components of the grinding machine.
Advantage:
1. The machine has a simple design and a small footprint;
2. Modular process design, easy on-site installation; only need to connect the pipeline;
3. The equipment is simpler and the power is smaller.
