The

Structure and Working Process of Electric Wafer Cup Maker Machine:
This wafer cup machine is made up of frame, mould and electrical three parts.
1 Part: Frame

2 Part: Moulds
Made up of upper die and lower die.

b. Lower die with center line is divided into two pieces, a part in front of the mould fixed mould, by the screw fastening on the panel, determine the location of the mould,
c. Another piece of dynamic model, can control the transverse, closed lower die, cover up upper die, core head and die to form a specific cavity, if inject batter in advance, will form into ice cream cone shape.

3 Part: Electrical
For the whole
ice cream cup making machine, except the actuators in the foregoing, the mould control elements are concentrated in electrical box. The dashboard is equipped with two sets of temperature controller, can adjust and control the temperature of the upper and lower mould, and make it keep on setting automatically.
Turn right knob, electricity, electric heating tube knob arrows on the set temperature. The indicator show that start heating. When the mould reaches the set temperature, the lights went out can be baked ice cream cups.
