Stainless steel material, capacity 300-500 kg/h. Peeling and separating rate is over 98%. This cocoa beans peeling machine is of high degree of automation, high broken rate, low noise, no pollution. The function is the combination of peeling, halving, removing buds and sorting. This machine is equipped with dust collection device and vibrating screen. The dust collection dust can suck the skin of cocoa beans and vibrating screen can effectively remove buds of beans, thus separate into ideal two-place beans.The beginning of this line is from roasted cacao beans, through the elevator conveyor, cacao beans enter into the feeder, and distributed averagely by 3 tubes. Then automatically fall down then blanching room which is composed of two sand rollers, Under the function of roll's friction and rotating, the skin of beans is taken away, then light skin is sucked by air fan, collected by first cyclone system, finally blanched cacao beans fall down to the selecting conveyor.
