Description of Pomegranate Peel Extract Machinery Machine
The commercial pomegranate peel machine is a new product developed by our company on the basis of absorbing the advanced technology of similar models in France and Italy and combining with the national conditions of our country. The machine can cut and squeeze pomegranate peel after picking and cleaning fresh pomegranates. At present, there are two models for users to choose from 1t/h to 5t/h.
Working Principle of Commercial Pomegranate Peel Machine
The pomegranate enters the upper crusher from the feed hopper, the upper crusher opens the pomegranate, the two roll gap is 20 millimeter, then enters the lower crushing device, and the lower crusher will squeeze the pomegranate again, and the two roll gap is 10 millimeter. After two stages of extrusion, the seeds and peels of pomegranate have been basically separated and fall into the separation device. Under the stirring of the mixing shaft, the seeds fall from the sieve hole and the pomegranate peel is discharged from the tail.

1. The clearance between the upper and lower crushing rollers can be adjusted, suitable for pomegranate of different sizes.
2. The crushing device of pomegranate peeling ectraction machine is located in the lower part of the stem removal screen, and the crushing roller is made of high elastic non-toxic rubber.
3. The crushing device is connected with the machine body for quick opening mode, and can be opened and cleaned without any device.
4. The mixing shaft and the rotating speed of the screen are adjustable.
5. High skin and seed separation rate, more than 97% or greater.
6. Low pomegranate peel damage rate, less than 1%.
