This wood toothpick production line was just sold to Uzbekistan, and this line is composed of these 8 machines above, which are able to produce wood toothpick. And the total output is 500,000-600,000 pieces/8hrs, this production need about 4-5 person to operate.Final product with diameter 2.2mm and the length 65mm.The capacity is 500000 pcs/8 hours.We also match the machine according to clients’ need.

 

* Machine function

1.Wood lamination machine

It can produce diameter 2.2 x 65 mm specifications of the wooden toothpick by soaking wood hardwood of different material, 150 ~ 200 kg.

2. Wood filament shaping machine

Molding the diameter of the wood filament as your request,speed of feeding is 87m/min

3. Wood filament set-size machine

Set uniform length of the stick, as usual 5 or 6 times of toothpick length

4.Toothpick set size machine         

Cut the long stick into 65mm, standard length of toothpick

5.Polishing machine                  

Polish the raw stick after set-size

6.Orderting machine

Order the stick from polishing machine, easy for worker to pick them into sharpen machine

7.Toothpick sharpen machine

Sharpen two tips or one sharpen one carve head

8. Multi-sharpen machine          

Sharpen the cutter and saw
