1, Raw material, like almond, hazelnut, palm, etc by the elevator into sieving machine (flat screen or drum screen fro selection) separate size three or more levels, through divided hopper respectively into three hulling machine for shelling.
2, The shelling clearance of huller machine better is adjusted correspondingly according to volume of raw materials, to reach nut shell clean and complete, almond after shelling, shell and kernel respectively into three Shell kernel separator.
3, Shell and kernel separator separate the shell and the kernel, a mouth out of nuts, another mouth out of their shells.
4, The loading screening machine screen impurities and broken shells, quantitativly feeding immerse into the machine.
5, Nuts soaking machine through automatic constant temperature system soak nuts kernel, feeding and discharging automatically.
6, Wet almond skin peeling machine is used to peel the skin of nuts.
7, After peeling, the nuts through air drying, artificially pick out nuts that are not peeled clean, feeding into the elevator.
8, Nuts through the hoist enter dry cooling all-in-one low temperature drying and cooling, nut products is under normal temperature, can pack material directly.
